Poor fuel economy of 3s FE Toyota corona

ASSALAMUALAIKUM brothers.
I have a Toyota corona with 3s FE engine automatic gear and it gives very poor fuel mileage like 5 to 6 km per liter in city. I live at Peshawar btw. The car has no O2 sensors and the exhaust doesn't have catalytic converter as it was probably swapped with an aftermarket exhaust for sound etc. Kindly I need help regarding finding a proper person at Peshawar of anyone can plz guide to do the job once and for all as I m fedup of mechanic shit anymore. People suggested to place cng but that doesn't seem like a deal as winters are at doorsteps and no gas will be there. Btw the same car used to give a bit better mileage a year ago. And it will certainly require more work now like boring the exhaust and placing and connecting sensors so I dont know any professional person at Peshawar to do this job for me. Plz help!!!

Waelekum salam brother , as you saying O2 sensor is not installed, that would be a biggest issue for poor performance, you should have engine check light . You need to scan for possible Error codes , servicing your throttle body. Injectors, sensors , definitely you will have massive improvements , I recommend you to read my article posted here . Follow up step by step and trouble shooting Job done by own or let machenic follow up accordingly
