Long ago I had a PEL window type A/C and under warranty had its compressor changed (I later found out they had installed a used compressor which failed after 2 months). After dealing with the attitude of the after sales staff, I sold the A/C as is. Unfortunately, after sales service for any product in Pakistan is mostly just by name, be it an A/C or a car. You will be lucky if you can get quality work done.
Keep protesting but get your work done by other means if possible. Your emotions are the least concern to the car maker.
