Following are some self explanatory emails to show the audacity of the Pak Suzuki Motor Company and how they are forcing the customer to buy the complete AC unit worth 26k for a 2k Blower fan.
First email

Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to you with reference to my subject issue. I was cleaning the blower motor of my Wagon as some leaves made its way to the blower due to absence of cabin filter. The blower slipped off my hands and fell on ground which resulted in breaking of the blower fins. The blower motor remained safe and is working. I contacted Suzuki Shinwari Motors, Suzuki Peshawar Motors and Suzuki Tayyab motors and almost all dealerships advised to get the part from junkyard i.e. Shoba market. They further stated that they can sell me only complete AC unit worth 26k and not the blower fan alone. I was even ready to purchase the blower along with blower motor though my motor was fine but I was refused.
I got really disappointed as I selected this car over thousands of Japanese 660 options because I knew that with this car I would have peace of mind when it comes to spare parts and I would not be required to search junk yards for parts. To cut long story short, I visited junkyard and after a lot of hassle and search in this scorching heat for multiple days, I found one blower of some Japanese 660 car which was then fixed on my original motor by the dealership and made to work somehow but the air throw is very less as compared to the original blower and I am not satisfied with it. The dealership is of the view that either I have to live with it for rest of life or spend 26 thousand PKR and buy complete new AC unit. Through this email I am requesting you to please facilitate me by arranging the blower fan for my Wagon R so that I can enjoy the wonderful AC of my car to the fullest.

Thank you very much for your response. Ref. to our telephonic talk earlier today and your below email, the AC blower for PKDM Wagon R is not available with the company and available with complete assembly only which costs 26 thousand Pakistani Rupees. I was advised on telephone to contact some insurance company and get the part extracted from some total loss vehicle. It was sort of disappointment to know that for a part costing 01 or 02 thousand rupees, I have to buy complete AC assembly worth 26 thousand PKR and Pak Suzuki cannot arrange the part for a vehicle for which it provides 3S support. I am even ready to buy the blower fan with motor though my motor is fine. I have selected this vehicle over dozens of JDM options ignoring the lack of safety features like Airbags just because I was of the view that I will get service and Parts coverage but a big disappointment!
I would request you to please facilitate me with reference to the above. I am also considering to escalate the issue to Suzuki Japan, Consumer court and online automotive forums in due course if not looked after by Pak Suzuki.

Now @capsat @Xulfiqar and other worthy members to guide me if I am wrong here and over stepping or they are just trying to be rude and arrogant. In the later case please advise action as how to go about it. Also guide me about Suzuki Japan email contact so that I can seek help from there.
