Port forward of PTCL router an1020-25

AOA,

I want to forward port of PTCL router an1020-25 for my dvr, is there anybody who can help me. I have tried many videos on youtube but its not working.

It's easy bro first connect dvr to router goto device info and dhcp u will see a list of devices connected find your dvr in it and copy the assigned ip address now go to advanced setup and then Nat and then virtual servers put any name u want in server ip paste the dvr ip copied before and select TCP/udp from below list and put the desired port you want to forward and apply save thanks

I have already tried that but not working, is there anybody who can do it thro teamviewer.
