I've seen this on sale last year ... these are generally 0.5 to 0.75 ton ACs and should give good performance in a very small room ... used ones sold around 10-14k depending on condition

Ideal though for places without A/Cs and doesn't really need an A/C man to install it for you. You can do-it yourself.

My cousin used this in his hostel room of 2 beds and he says it cools fine and maintains at 26 degrees,which i think is quiet reasonable for its low wattage.

It's because it's imported, add custom duty to it and plus the same units in amazon are more expensive then in al-fatah.

Metro has its own brand Tarrington House and it costs 38k...they claim it to be german made...0.75 Ton i guess
