Possible NCP used in open? (islamabad)

Hey fellows,

I see two G class every day in my neighbourhood with exact same plates. One in black and one in white always parked outside a house in open.

If you lot confirm it being NCP ill report it to police asap.

yes diamer, kohistan registered but they have by law blue plates and can not cross Gilgit Baltistan and enter any other province mainly due to not being a custom paid car.

i could be very wrong though thats why shared here to have suggestions before i reach the police.

These cases must be reported and brought to light on pakwheels..amongst these one must not forget to include people with tempered/erased/partially hidden original number plates, people with embossed sticker number plates that look like original, people with anti shine sticker on digits and or rest of the original plate (to hide it from camera flash) and those with fake plates having huge words like "Advocate", "Member of bar of court", "Media", "Poltical party name", or "Special adisor to chefs' gardener etc" written on them...
There must'nt be a need to put such idiocies on display if one were to abide the law...the law should always remain equal for the implementor and the ones on whom it is implemented

those are different. this is different. this can go anywhere. NCPs are a different story, this is a properly registered vehicle that is permitted to go anywhere

These vehicles can be taken anywhere around Pakistan. You should **** harder instead of being jealous of your neighbor owning a nice set of wheels.
