Posted 1st ad ever. But still showing in Pending

Posted my 1st ad to sell car, but still it showing in Pending. I do not know, when it will be published.!
Can you guys make sure to publish it ASAP?
And also guide what is criteria of Featured post? It is costing 1000/= for how much time/days? Please clear it and after the payment how to get back to you guys to let you know that payment is done??

It will take some time from few minutes to whole one day.When i posted my first car ad I was also troubled like you but it was live after i think like 20 hours or whole one day.When i posted my second car ad it took only few minutes to go live.
