Potohar sj410 restoration

Dear folks, apologetic for not posting alot on this forum..
This time I am here with a sj410 model 1993.
Purchased the potohar jeep, and we are revamping it completely.

We changed the front face lift to newer gen shape from front. Bought kabli doors, complete interior parts with Airconditioner, dashboard, paddles etc.

The engine was replaced with a kabli engine.. Full suspension was redone. Including shocks, leafsprings, rear hubs, brake components, bearings, steering was repaired.

Once the jeep was purchased the drive conditions were following ;

1) steering felt sloppy
2) sounds from absorbers
3) crackling sound from suspension
4) engine was emitting blue smoke
5)clutch was slip
6) cluster wasn't working properly
7) lights were good
8) no ac compressor but few parts were present
9)blower was working
10) cosmetic was effed including driving side Pillar area and gaps were too much in all doors.
11)door locks literally were so loud that you had to throw the doors with immense power to close them.
12) Electricals were screwed abit.

So few took on with the body work first, started removing dashboard and interior was all evacuated.
Engine was pulled out.

Worn out and slip pressure plate

Block was cracked from some areas and old mechanic used juggar by applying depoxy.
So after seeing this much juggars we changed the engine.

Used engine purchased was on standard Pistons and crank. So used it as this jeep would be sent to chitral. And we can't take risk with the engine.

Installed new clutch plate, and all gaskets replaced with new. New valve seals placed.

Gearbox all cleaned up & ready to be dropped inn.

Fuel tank cleaned and serviced. Ready to go in as well.
