Dear All,
I am facing a strange problem in my Black Toyota Hilux 2010 model, vehicle is very sluggish and struggles to regain speed or climb up a hill top. I requested my friend who owns a same model Silver Toyota Hilux
to bring it to a mechanic shop so that we may run a scan test and try to compare the variables. To my surprise, Black (problematic Hilux) and Silver (One) Color Toyota Hilux showed lot of variations in data and yet does not throws error code.
If you will compare the values of Manifold Absolute Pressure, Fuel Pressure and Mass Air Flow Sensor of Black Hilux at 800 rpm, 1500rpm, 2000rpm with the Silver Hilux, you will find thatBlack Toyota Hilux has High Absolute Manifold Pressure, higher values of Fuel Pressure and Higher MAF values.
I feel, that Black Toyota Hilux has bad injectors and unable to burn the gasses thus resulting in higher
pressure at intake manifold, whereas fuel pump is trying hard to deliver the fuel to the pistons to burn the oxygen yet it fails to do so resulting in remarkably less power from engine as compared to Silver Toyota Hilux.
What do you think that problem could be? Further, local mechanics have completely failed to fix the issue with favorite hobby trying to replace or open same parts which have already been serviced and again charging tons of money with problem still intact.
P.S: MAF sensor on this vehicle has already been replaced with a new one.
2. Catalyst Converter on this Vehicle has already been cleaned from Toyota Motors.
3. Oxygen sensor on back of Catalyst converter does not shows a lot of variation once rpm is increased or decreased.
4. Oxygen sensor again cleaned and reinstalled.
5. In Past turbo Charger has already been replaced from Kabli, Problem still intact.
