Power steering Fluid oil leakage

    [U][B]Power Oil Leakage Problem

when i turn off the switch and try to lock the steering, power oil comes out of the bottle Cap. this happened only when i turn off the switch. I changed the Power Pump but still the problem exist. There is no leakage in steering box nor any other leakage at all. kindly suggest plz.

Your system is sucking air during running and it stays pressurised in high pressure line. On shutdown the air expands and overflows...

First check and tighten the connections. Then check the lines for leakage.

btw - why are you showing a GM pump?

yes i think its overfilled, throw old one & get it flushed then use Toyota Power steering fluid then see(also check it is producing bubbles or some gooon goon sound or not?)

check in newer model they have clear 4 indices:
Hot Max.
Hot Min.
Cold Max.
Cold Min.
