not tyre size but setting rack guide using torque wrench

torque sensor overheats and give error so u r facing eps error after a long drive . did ur mechanic tightened the rack guide
no. i am sure he would not know even about it.
anyhow, i have changed 4 time sensors.. but the condition is same..
Rack guide aka bush . If its tight torque sensor become overheat
Hellow sir basically I have a question regarding honda city idsi 2006 there is steering checking light coming in my car and steering is not working properly what's the reason behind it right now I am not using it and I dont want to go to outside mechanic without information secondly I want to change the gear oil of my car what grade is required or which oil should I have to Purschae what's the capacity of my gear box can u help me regarding this

u can shorten pin 4 and 9 of obd port and do eps reset procedure. get from googleand after this if eps come again after some driving simply change all wires from eps ecu to steering rack. remember mechanic try to change eps ecu and rack but u will drain yur money.2006 eps motor is hard to burn easily so plz do this first

I have bought honda city 2006 last month i had EPs indicator light and steering got hard. Scanned it and cleared the error. Error was ' torque sensor(coil) 'Again got the issue after a week, checked with an electrician, he said earthing ka issue hai or usne ik extra wire lag di earthing k lie or kaha k sensor per load zada parh raha tha.Error again arised after a week. electrician said sensor change kara lein.. Or ik electrician is saying k assembly change krayen sirf sensor change ni hota kharab hojata hai.After clearing error 5 times and calliberation 2 times, i went to an electrician who changed steering plug placed inside bonet aswell as its Eps card (costing 10k).I am hoping k yeh error dubara na aye. Warna assembly b change karani paregi.....
