Budget around/under 4 million, which is better for mountains off-road patches?

Keeping in mind ride comfort n less bumps on bad roads, potholes etc.
And also parts availability.

And which specific variant/engine too please.

I think only 1996-2000 prado comes in this range so consider that.

You can get a nice 80 series lancruiser. Also Prado is best choice. In your Budger Prado fro. 1996 to 2001 model falls. Try to source one with 3.4 5VZ engine. It can go places!

Diesel variant with 1KD and 1KZ engines are also good. But not as good as the petrol version, as with petroleum metainance is minimum.
