i think you should go with prado or you can also find a LAND CRUISER 1998 model in 25lacks range and its better then all three options in my eyes.
i doubt that you can find a new shape surf in your budget

And no, this TX does not have dual ACs.

I really want the Cruiser too, it was my first choice, but all the cruisers i have seen are in awful condition. Plus, its probably not a good idea to invest 2.5 million in a car and then keep spending a few thousand each month on maintenance of a poor condition car.

Does the LC drive better than a Prado of the same model? Never driven one. Is the pickup better?

i own a prado tz 1997 and also a surf 2003 model.i think surf is much better in comfort,drive and looks.in my opinion there is no match for new shape surf.

Go 4 SURF coz mostly pakistanis use prado, dont know the basic differeces of choice of "DRIVE", Cruise, 4x4 etc, between both of them, just got the money & have little bit wish to get 4x4, so just bought Prado, so go 4 something different such as Surf having both qualities as SUV and perfect japenese Offroader. same maintenence xpenses.

ofcourse the landcruiser drive is way better than the prado or any other suv.... but 98 is a way old...go for prado i have driven a prado even....and its gr8 suv after landcruiser,well pakistan mein yeh 2 or 3 suv kay illawa koi baat hee nai karta, i guess no one buys pathfinder, armada,etc

The surf is the older shape, I think the new one came out in 2003, this is a 2002 model.

3. Hilux Surf

A land cruiser is 10 times better than a Prado. and a Prado is 10 times better than a Surf. I am saying that because I owned all three of them at the same time.

Check with Carclub (i think thats the right name) on defence boulevard. They had couple of 2003 onwards shaped surf for aroun 2Million or so but this was when i checked 3-4 months ago. Try the showrooms on defence boulevard.

My suggestion would be to go for surf may it be new shape or old shape. Prado is kinda stigmatized in our soceity atleast IMO. Normally associated with SHEEDAY MEEDAY and GHUNDAY BUDMASH.

In my opinion, when you are in ur early 30s - Go for surf

In early 40s - Go for Prado

In early 50s - Go for land cruiser. (i.e if u really want to stick with toyota brand)
