They have taken Mustafa into Operation theater at 4 but operation have not started yet. it will take approx 5 HOURS.

Sorry I couldn't post earlier.

Got a call from SJ two hours ago. Everything went smoothly by Allah's grace. Both baby and shunt are fine! Will be discharged in four days and stitches will be removed in eleven InshAllah.

SJ and his family thank you all your prayers & concern! JazakAllah.

Alhumdulillah. Soon its going to be nothing more then a nightmare.
Btw was vp shunt placed or removed. Whatever the case is avoid exposure to outside pollution and maintain minimal close contacts exposure. A 4 month old doesn't have much immunity and avoid kisses on the face and too much handling of baby by strangers or relatives.
Keep big bottle of hand sanitizer and even parenta should use it before handking baby. And in case of cough or flu even parenta should wear a facr mask.
Keeping the baby infection free post op is a major task. And maintain least visitors dduriing hosp stay.
InshAllah sub theek Ho jaye ga. And life will be back to normal and soon the little Prince would be celebrating hia first bday.

Although I constantly get scolded for getting hooked to pakwheels all the time, just showed your post to my mother who also is a Doctor(Child Specialist).

She said that from the information provided, the line of treatment according to the changing circumstances is alright. recite duas for shifa constantly.

Bro plz inbox me u number. Baby is doing well Allhamdulliha still in hospital, as two tips of previous shunt were sent for culture test, inner tip test is positive for some derma infection n treatment for it has started yesterday night which will last for next few days.
