That thing is called catalytic converter. You can get it from good spare parts shops around 10-15k. Also Check the brake pads front and rear ones may be there is resistance because of worn-out pads. Get your vehicle computer Scan. Are there any check engine light issues?How much is the car drivien?Previous maintenance history?Engine oil?Cvt oil?Throttle body cleaning?Don't Know the plug type but use the recommended ones. Never ever Clean the old one only replace them.

Ideal idle rpm is 700-750. With AC idle rpm should be 850-900.
Get computerized scanning and set idle rpm to 700 without AC.
