Premio Engine Vibration

My Premio Car 2005 engines vibrates alot when its in gear. When its on neutral, then no engine vibration. Pertinent to mention that there are not engine vibrations when I start it at morning. Checked the entire car. The mechanic told me that it will be of two reasons ! 1) Weak foundation. (though I chnaged foundation recently)
2) Due to small injectors, as according to him injectors of my car are of 1300cc while my car engine is of 1800cc.

So can 3experts tell me where the problem lies ? It has disturbed the comfortable ride of premio.
(Asking b/c I dont trust mechanics)

Any malfunction light up in your dashboard? As far as what the mechanic says about injectors then the only way to confirm his theory is to check the part numbers on those injectors and make sure they are of your car.
