Premio LCD installation

Hi guys,
I just bought Toyota Premio standard model, the one without LCD (for TV, navigation, rear view camera). I just wanted to find out wether I can get the LCD installed or not. As i went to one guy he said for that I would have to change my dashboard. Which sounded very unlogical but he was saying that the CD player installed in place of LCD is permantely fixed with dash board therfore it cannot be taken out.

yes,he is right because the cd player you got with your car is not removable you can only get a lcd which is placed on the dash or mounted on the windshield which looks cheap so i'll recommend you to stay away from lcd and get aa good audio system if you dont have!

actually i havent seen the dashboard of premio... but if it has the problem that it is only single slot for reciever or unit to be installed... then go for pioneer 7500indash dvd/cd/mp3/usb/gps/mad/navigation/ and blutooth... this unit has all in one thing... but its bit expensive

only the rectangular potion between the two ac vents needs to be changed

This rectangular portion could be replaced with the LCD one.

same is the problem with my ride. i asked a person he said that the rectangular portion can be swapped with the lcd one.
