my dad owns a Telenor franchise.........I usually visit there and check numbers there on telenors website.....previously these type of numbers came with bulk stock and were sold by the franchise and all extra cash came in pocket...but now these type of numbers are taken out before giving stock and posted on their site so that u could buy directly from them.........although u could get discount on them maybe 10 to 20 %. if u have good connections in that specific company u could get more...........................................I hope my comment doesn't offend any one or the poster.......
