Not completed yet ...neither interval.......I have severe back ache for last 2/3 days ...tried ,but could not sit on the chair.....still having pain....so in the bed with Lap top....( which I do not like)...

btw.....just educate me about this rating/stars stuff.....like this particular thread is almost visited 90000 times and having 4 stars...what is the criteria of this star stuff.....

Please do not stop this thread and keep the pics coming, We love you and your threads as always. I don't have internet access at home and in office I got very limited time for surfing due to work overload. But the time I got free from work in office I usually love to spent on PW(Especially following your threads).
