Salamz brothers.....
Skipping few pics of replacing fan belts (A pair in this engine) a/c belt ,tensioner bearing as well as bearing of compressor.....
Lets come to radiator service....
Removed front grill and fog lights....
Radiator and condenser look really dirty...
If you notice....you can see a little oil at right side a/c pipe....Although a/c was working fine but after this leak came into my notive.......:)..well cant drive like that...So got complete system serviced and seals replaced...

Unexpected electricity failure...:(..

On opening the cap of radiator, found a slight deposit of salts on the top of tubes....quite normal with this much mileage on the clock...
decided to clean it....through a "JUGARD":D.
drained the radiator from plug at lower tank only up to the level of tubes......
filled the long n big upper tank only half an inch with Very mild acid solution (1:10) with the help of silicone rubber tube and this electric spray.....
Battery also being charged...notice wires at battery...

Left the solution in the tank for 2/3 minutes and then "REVERSE FLUSHED" the radiator by placing a water hose in the tap at lower tank.....until water started coming clear.....

And now air fins cleaning.....used strong surf solution and this sprayer at high pressure.....spraying surf solution on the condenser...

Flushed repeatedly with water resulting in neat and clean radiator n condenser inside and out......

Thinking what to do with it....:D..
Rear brakes on this vehicle is a combination of disc and drum..
disc for foot brake and drum for hand brake.....
decided to service/check and adjust both......
