Unlike their Father...who is a "TANDOOR" guy....
This Pulao is only for me,co-driver and abdul.....
Kids had delivery from Mc Donald....because I refused to go there.....

After coming back to our "den"....something interesting happened....
I checked engine oil as a routine....as we changed everything in Lahore....
which was fine....

Also decided to check Auto tranny oil (ATF)...which was also changed....Although not required.....but my "WEHMI" nature.....

As you know that ATF is checked with engine running and stick in Parking position....correct me if I am wrong.....
So...I noticed that ATF is a little overfilled...
Raees (my mechanic) changed oil and I asked him to be very precise ....but he is also in the same school of thought:D (MAHA WEHMI) .......LOLZZ...
and overfilled the tranny......
It was not much,but I decided to take extra oil out of the transmission.....
Had all the tools.....
So Started "Myself"....

Now I have a female boss in the new office, and I had sarkari lunch and ghair-sarkari snacks in her office including samosay, apples, bananas, dates ,,, totally difference experience for me in the new office:):)

No harm really in being wehmi especially when you are traveling with the family ...

Bhai, you went to Savour in Blue Area ... they have the Crispo burgers stuff .. almost close in taste to KFC ...

... but you are right ... kids have their own gastronomic leanings ...

I think it is everyone's prerogative to decide about the bed ... I sleep on the floor .. perhaps since 1993 ... some people do comment about the "gadda" but I tell them that its not "gadda" .. its "futon" .. (japanese word for gadda) .. I got this habit in Japan and it continues till now

This advice surely carries a lot of weight ... While every type of green tea contains anti-oxidants and polyphenols, if possible try to get hold of Long Jing tea from China ... it is very very expensive because its supply is limited to produce from two hills located near Hangzhou city ... but it would be well worth it. This tea is famous for its health characteristics ... Beware of fake tea ...

Our traditional Peshawari Qahwa is NOT TEA ... so try to find Chinese green teas .. they are from the original tea plant. If you can find Long Jing, you will be very lucky

Rehman bhai Just Follow my 1 Tip I Guarantee you Success its the Easiest thing u will do to loose ur weight and put a Stop on it for ever "GUARANTEED".

From Tomorrow Stop taking tea just use atleast 2 or 3 cups of Green tea with Lemon n without Sugar every day u will be Amazed at results within a Month "GUARANTEED"

Simply Do the Math
many peoples take 2 or 3 Cups tea Perday (I dont knw how much u take)
lets assume 3 Cups per day
(One day) 3 cups = 200 ML Milk + 50 Grams Sugar
(One Month) 3x30 = 90 cups = 6 Litre Milk + 1.5 KG Sugar
And Biscuits and other snacks on top
And u know 1 Gram of Sugar = 1 Gram of Fat

Green Tea Does a Magic U know its been more then 6 Years when I last had my cup of Tea.
