4) if one talks about the wild bore then its mostly eaten by the Dogs.

Now every logical point is eliminated,

Hunting is the oldest thing there is, it can be linked to the theory of evolution and if you put it in an Islamic way then even then it has been practiced.

Now the only point comes is that some group of people dislike is by the point of why kill a harmless animal :), if some how i have justified by above post.

Well that is another debate, this is how i feel about hunting.

and yes there should be a balance which should be strike one should not over hunt.

Zahid was totally against this idea to go for an LC.....Used to say....."why you want to block so much money...when you will be hardly using it....Take my jeep when ever required....nice of him....He prefers that money should be in the bank...

If I am not wrong, Zahid is one of very richest people in Pakistan. Worst still, I think he does not know how much money he has. It is surprising that he has so many apprehensions about future security. For several years that we were together, I did not see him spending any money. What is the use of money in the bank? Of course, we should think of the future, but in his case, I think he likes to hold on to every penny he has.

I think it was in 1993, when government sold cars under the taxi scheme to government employees. Zahid bought 125 of those ... If I am not wrong. He must have made millions on that deal. But, he is content with 88 Charades, Suzuki Jimny and the like. :-!

But my approach was totally different....I think that what ever we have...I mean material things including money etc.....are only for this world...only the time you a living and healthy...Otherwise it is of no use....Because in second life (after death) the wealth of our "GOOD AIMAL" will be required.........

Of course, we should perform our duties as Muslims and as good citizens of the country. We should try our best to take care of those who are less privileged than we are. At the same time, going for comforts is not wrong.

So If you use your resources in good directions .....no harm in it.....
So,decided to buy this LC Alone.....
Zahid Accompanied me when we handed over the Pay order and took delivery of the vehicle.......Because he could not stop me at that time...:D...

Dint you use your camera to capture his expressions at that time ... Just think .. Not very difficult to visualize .. He must have tossed and turned, shook his head side-to-side a million times, and swallowed hard as if he had chewing gum in his mouth ... sounds familiar?

My moods run in cycles ... "Khatoon-e-Awwal" does not let me go to the north which I love so much. Surely I am stuck at 25, but everyone around me is getting so old so fast .. so I badly need some inspiration to pick up the camera and start shooting again. Rehman Bhai ... it was actually a very good idea and not difficult to understand.

You must have seen my albums on facebook. It is easy to upload a full album of photos -upto 200 in case of FB- the uploading is very easy and quick. Once the photos are in your FB album, right click on the FB album photo, copy the image location and then come to PW ... click on the icon for insert image and paste the image location .. Click Okay

It is much easier than adding your images through PW attachments option. The uploaded attachments go to the server of PakWheels, which is limited in storage space and not really fast.

If you store your images somewhere on the internet i.e. Picasa or Facebook, or any other place, then the PW server is not burdened.

Not very good at computer and internet stuff brother......So what ever you suggested....crossed over my head....:(....

Bhai, as you must have noticed my words ... I remained addicted to hunting, for many years. I had an excellent aim. Amongst three brothers, I was the best. I even got an award for best shooting.

Keeping all this in mind, I wrote that I might sound "hypocritical" if I advise people not to shoot innocent birds.

I underwent a total change of heart. My brothers continued to go on hunting expeditions. We always had 2-3 jeeps meant for hunting alone. But, I just could not accompany them anymore.

Hunting is included in sports..agreed

I am not going to say that Qurbani is brutal or barbaric. It is a responsibility upon every Muslim who can afford. Alhamdulillah, I perform Qurbani regularly.

Qurbani does not bring animal races to extinction. We perform Qurbani on livestock animals, and they are part of our regular food.

As Rehman Bhai very rightly said, "Editor ka qaraeen ki raye say mut'tafiq hona zaroori nahi" ... it is up to an individual how he or she feels like about a certain thing.

Hunting for food ... yes, you are allowed to hunt for getting food.

Hunting for fun .. it is not allowed for Muslims. Muslims have to believe in sanctity of life whether of other humans or animals.

It might be interesting to know about Jain religion. Mahavir Sawami started this religion, and he did not wear any clothes. Jain people do not participate in agriculture, because the digging of the soil might cause harm to animals living underground. They don't eat in low light, so that an insect might not enter their mouth by accident, and lose its life. While walking in the street, they keep on sweeping the way ahead, so that no insect might lose its life by getting trampled.

GOD made these creatures for us......our ancestors were also hunters and it is never any harm to hunt if you be within ur bag limit....and follow the rules..!

As Far As Zahid Is concerned as you said Sattar Bhai......No doubt ....he does not know how much he owns....
But he has his own parameters.....Some times I argue about the future....like ....we have spent 2/3 of our lives ..Waisay to ,Any one can go back to its origin at any given time without any prior indication.....But just theoretically saying... remaining part contains old age and problem associated with old age.....
