bhai i have subscribed to this thread i was planning to visit that side, but un-certain due to the road conditions told. kindly let me know abt conditions there. if possible give ur number so i can ask you on 12-13 and make my plans.

-One more thing i want to share u Guys.. Friday-Saturday CNG Stations must be Off in Rawalpindi Region (Starts from Kharian) lekin main abhi Piindi main he hon lekin mujhay "Gujjar Khan" k A-Z CNG open millay thay Saturday ko.. but Rawalpindi main sub Stations closed thay..
-News r not Good abt Road Conditions. There r 2 Big Land Slides Between Murree to Muzaffarabad.. dont choose the Route of "Upper Devel" ("PC Bhurban" wali road) becoz the Construction of that Road..

Extremely Sorry Guys... we r going InSHALLAH 10th of JUNE.. pata nahi kaisay June ka July type ho gaya tha.. Cuming Friday, 10th of June, 2011 is our final Depart date..
-- Road Conditions r too bad. so we have changed our plan. now we will be going LOCAL..
-- Apni Car AthMuqam tak jaa sakti hai uss say agay nahi jaa sakti... Soo Plzz dont use ur Precious Rides ahead Muzaffarabad..

-Night Stay MZD at my Khala's Home.

The best way of visiting and enjoying the lovely Neelum valley is by walking. From Kundalshahi till Taobut is probably worlds prettiest walk. The second best way probably is by motorbikes.
This way you are closest to nature and its beauty.
Taking cars is cruel to the machines and your pockets. I dont think it is wise to do it unnecessarily. Travelling on roof of a bus is a much better option.

Wel I also took information about road condition, initially sources said that I can go till Kel on car, then I got that till sharda, yesterday I called another source he said till Authmuqam easy, some people can took cars up to sharda, so still confused. Tu bhai jis jis ko keerra hay apni car mein janay ka woh aik dafa khud he ho kar aiey na, I decided to take car, daikha jaey ga, jahan ruk gai wahin park kar kay agay jeep par chala jaon ga

It would be very wise to keep a small toolkit and a set of maintenance items like ignition parts etc, some epoxy and RTV too. A first aid kit is very necessary. And be very sure that the weather over there will not cause any stupid issues like freezing the water in your cooling system.

You will positively hate that.

I am from Gujranwala........and like to have trips...............would you join anyone else or you are just going 2..................if possible i will like to join..........otherwise...............it is still fine that least one guy from Gujranwala is found of outing till KEL....................regards, abdul
