Preventive maintenance on my 80 series

I’ve made this thread for the queries i have regarding maintenance of my 80 series
Starting off its a 1995 land cruiser vx limited Tripple locked with a 1fzfe straight 6 mated to a442 auto tranny with almost 110000 kms i want it to be trouble free as i want to keep it as my daily driver.
Now coming to the issue as my power steering reservoir boiling/bubbling as if its taking air from somewhere but theres no leak whats so ever what could be the reason??

List of things i have already done
Suspension+bushing
Brake oil flush
Transmission flush
Front nd rear diff oil change
Transfer case oil change
Coolant flush with a new thermostat valve
Dizzy o ring
Valve cover gaskit
Spark plugs+wires

Yes brother i did grease the shafts including the u joints
About the gadgets each nd everything works excluding the music system nd antenna but they are the least of my worries

Please post pictures. Also where are you located? I myself own the 96 80 series with triple diff locks, cool box. Its 1FZFE with ironman suspension and snorkel. Would love to see your ride. @sameerulhaq064....

Did a diy install on the oem trans cooler the only thing left is the cooler lines can i just go with easily available rubber lines or should i look for something in specific??

idk if its a 80 series trait or what but 80 series trans tunnel gets considerably hot while going up hill
This is my second 80 the one prior to this also had the tunnel warm up issue.
Is this normal or should i be worried??
It shifts fine no slipping or anything.

Salam, how much fuel economy are you getting from your vehicle? I am planning to buy one in Karachi but not sure about the mileage. I have been told it gives between 3-5km/litre which is very bad for daily use.
The vehicle otherwise seems fine and in good condition. Looking to swap it with an altis 1.6 facelift 2017.

3-5 km/l is correct. What would you expect from a 4.5 straight 6 engine?

I have never owned one of these so its still surprising that using them daily can be so heavy on your pocket. Is the economy of any of the newer versions better or they are all the same?

Newer versions can give a max of 6KM/L

Bhai in the city i get 2.5 - 3 kmpl max!
On the highway if you feather the accelerator u might be able to pull off 6 otherwise 4 to 5 kmpl is the best you can get out of a 1fz fe
If ur looking for fuel economy go for the diesels ones

Is it true that diesel engines have a shorter life plus they come with a host of other issues in this version e.g heating etc.? Forgive me for asking so many questions but any idea if amnesty cleared cars are okay for buying?

Diesel are very robust engines if cared for properly. we still have our diesel 1hdft nd its still going strong even after clocking 300000 kms. don’t cheap out on the maintenance and you won’t have Any issues.
Amnesty vehicles are a bit slow on resale try to look for non body changed port cleared 80
finding a decent shaped vehicle can take along time take ur time don’t rush it.
