I was about to pay the amount of car to purchase it and i went through the car file. The car has total 3 owners, 1. Asif 2.Ramzan 3. Hasan. The current owner is hassan. Asif sold car to Ramzan and Ramzan leased rhe car through bank. The issue is asif has old book and a smart card. hasan also have his smart card but the smart card of ramzan is missing in file.
Please let me now what should i do? in order to cmplete the file there should be smart card of ramzan. it there any way to get it? As from excise they are saying it will be around 20-30k charges.
