A few years ago, before this digital biometric ownership system, I bought a nissan sunny from someone and the car was registered in Lahore. When I bought the car, I was supposed to transfer the ownership from the seller in the span of a month but I failed to do so. Now after a few years, I recently had to change my car and so I had to sell the nissan. Now the ownership of the car is with the previous seller and now I am facing problems selling my car as I am not able to easily transfer the car because the previous owner(who sold the car to me) has become unresponsive. I do have the stamp paper for when I bought the car. I also have the vehicle papers
I'm not really with explaining things but I hope y'all understand this. Please help me out.
