hi guys i need the price check of kenwwod kfc-hq718 and also PIONEER DEH-2950 n is that a gud combination for my car

i m thinkin to put 2 pairs of kenwood speakers and pioneer as a head unit will this b cool

i bought kenwood hq718 for 4500rs plus pioneer deh-p3950mp for 6500rs.

Any special identification which tells that the speaker is ak number.

check the sticker color at the magnet............if its blue then original if black 2 no...................

price is ok but there is no diference between aik number and do number maaal, stickers are available in all colours and anybody who can make a black sticker he cant makke a blue one? jo sara spkr 2number bana sakta hai wo blus sticker nahee bana sakta? all made in china 2number maal hai bhaeeee

yes thats wat every shopkeeper told me when i went to buy speakers ....so i thought instead of buying a 4500 that ur sure is not original ...buy something else that u think is original atleast peace of mind to hoga...i bought a kenwood model dunno the number but its good really to my ears and i think that matters a lot....718 is a part of history though its gud but guys plz move on ....

i will tell how can we juge aik no ya 2 no,,,,, in aik no:the magnet will be light weight and the coil will be double and thick and there will be a serial no on the magnet plate which is not easly seen and the stciker is of paper sheet and print will be of great quality ......and in 2 no magnet will be havier than the original light coiled wire no serial no and the sticker will be of plastic sheet paper and print will be not quality means (kkeennwwoodd) of this type aik print kay uper dosra print ho ga parnay mai do kenwood likhay hon gay ..... thats it so abb kabhi mar na khana mari tarha .....

there are much better speakers available in market than 718s .. go search the market u can get many in 4500.. there is a pioneer black in color dont remember the model now but it is much much better than 718..
try finding jbl gto937 they are for 3500 and are much better than 718s.. there are also some new JBL models in this range

thnx all for postin informative replies but psh mein 718s buhat saste hain i asked abt them 4m several places like saddar wahan per unki keemat 2500/- to 3500/- ke beech hain
or abse saste 2200/- ke hain n 3200/- r d most expensive maine yeh check nai kia k 1 no. hain ya 2 no. i just asked the price.........

@Taz_rulez: In Lahore prices for original 718s are around r.s. 4500 but the fake ones are for around r.s. 2500.
Identification of a genuine one is its Coil, is of different material than fake one.
For Pioneer2950 MP3 player a friend of mine bought from Peshawar a used piece as good as new for r.s. 3000 only, whereas I bought a used peice from Hall rd. Lahore for r.s. 4000, as good as new condition.
The combination of a Pioneer 2950 with 1 pair of Kenwood 718 is good.
I would recommend you to put an AMP rather than putting 2 pairs of Kenwood 718s.

yar i wwent to two shops today at clifton boat basin... they told me that the original 718s are for 5000 and the fake ones are sold for 4200... can anybody throw lite on dis? plus the guy asked to instal cervin wega speakers priced 5500 instead of 718... he said they are far more beter dan 718...
