Hi brothers how are you I am looking forward to construct a small home in pwd area of Islamabad next to Bahria town

I want to know what is the on going prices of 5 marla plot in PWD plots

There are two different phases there O-9 and PWD which is better for investment and how much will it cost

PWD is less worse then police foundation
Doctors society seems to b better thn the lot in same area

Please check MEDIA TOWN as well...that is a clean area with a boundry .... between O-9 and PWD...you may also visit Jinnah Garden...u ll find it on your left while going to Naval Anchorage. ...Gulraiz is also a good option..water prob is there but can be solved by boaring...moreover Gulraiz has good approch road from Rwp.

I have seen media town it's great but they don't have small plots

Okay...but keep ghauri town at last priority...do check jinnah Garden as well...they are also developing a new sector where 10 marla plot is available from 10 to 12 lacs and hopefully in a year or two it will increse its price with a good pace.

Brother I have seen that ghauri town prices are increasing very fast now a days especially phase 5

not true prices are stopped there from last 2 years. i have two plots there n did lots of work there. but if price start increasing it ll double in few days.

Bhai last year price of 5 marl plot in phase 5 was for 20 lack max now an average 5 marl plot costs around 26 lack at least
