Price for transfer of vehicle

I recently bought a used Honda City Aspire 1.5 IVTEC 2014 and want to transfer the car from the previous owner to me. A relative of mine know someone from Civic Centre who can do the work. But he is asking 25-26K in total including the transfer charges. I don't know whether he is asking the right amount or not. May someone guide me how much does a transfer for car ownership cost, including all charges and commission.

Bro as this is more than 10 year old vehicle so government charges will be around 6-8k only if you go yourself and take car with you.
Usually agents charged 4-5k in addition to official charges.

ask for break up of the charges. It must be inclusive of the new number plate & smart card charges, - in that case digits are reasonable, however ask for time line for the plates cards and receipts. @pwuser17373905455
