Price Idea for Plots in DHA Phase2 Isb

depends in what block you want and where the plot is located i think its kinda hard to buy a pair(if you are talking about 2 adjacent plots,but 1 kanal will cost you 1-1.4 crore depending on the location you might as well buy in the 90s range but that one would be on a bad location/block,and if you manage to find a pair(adjacent plots) at a good location the deal would set you back by 2-2.6 crore

Well I hv checked certain pairs in sector B , D and F. Mostly these are investers or dealers who have picked up pairs and demanding between 2.4 -2.6. In simple words they are making profits to the tune of about 0.2 to 0.4 crore.

Generally people say C and F are good sectors but i will advise u to visit urself and then decide. In may last yr i bought a corner plot in sector C for 90.

Best is one which suits your requirement. Some sectors are towards Pindi side and some towards Islamabad side. So it depends if you are retired from army and have to go to CMH once a week then take plot closer to Pindi side. Get the point ?

I am a resident of DHA Phase 2, rather I am among the first 10 residents of DHA phase 2. Dont go near sector B because majority of the portion is filling and you will have to construct a basement. I am near gate 1 and in sector A. What I kept in mind while going for sector A:
1) I wanted to be near to Rawalpindi
2) the plot was table top and south facing
3) Easy to approach from the gate
4) the plot had no transformer, street light, telephone box installed in it so my green belt is also empty
5) It was near to the bank, petrol pump, DHA offices, market, mosque, dry cleaner.
6) There were no 10 marla plots close to my plot, the 10 marla residence started about 30 kanal towards the left to my plot
It entirely depends upon the location of the plot, price and facing, only then u can make a decision. Apart from filling all the sectors are nearly same.
