I bought a white gli 2016 with 15,000 km on odo, all original factory paint, but with touchups on body. It costed me 19 lac. It had poshish both on seats and carpet. It also had infotainment, and reverse cam. It was lahore numberplate.
For your car, i'd say 17.5 lac maximum if it has no mods. Your point in argument can be that it has a painted part, the paint can go bad. Also, you can say it has high mileage.
I'd reccomend saving a bit more money and buying a used low mileage car in original paint. That way, you won't have any hassle driving and reselling the car.
