Price Idea: Vitz 05 import and reg 07

Need some advice,

Been looking for a vitz for over a month now
budget is 850k for a 06 model

now after searching alot found this one clean vitz
no repaint or accident( got it checked thoroughly)
first owner, totally maintained by toyota motors
no vibration or knocking
its 05 model and 07 registered

The seller saying its F package but i don't know how to confirm that
he is not coming below 870k

I know price is a lil high for a 07 reg car
but he ain't coming below that

Can anyone confirm if its F package or not and if its worth 870k

Also the car lacks DVD screen and back view camera, that will be additional cost

red color has terrible resale in vitz. So 850 MIGHT be appropriate for silver black or white but not this.

not so worried about resale as car will be kept for atleast 2 years
been looking for a clean car

a month ago was getting a 4grade unreg white vitz in 950k 06/07 model, but i didn't knew prices of clean used cars will be so high and i passed the offer

Now so far out of 12 cars i have checked only 2 clean cars were under 900k
one was silver, liked it but didn't get it checked from mech, price was finalized at 850k but he asked 100k token money before getting it checked by any mech :S so we left it too
after that this is the only clean car we found

Ppl in Isb are asking 880-900k for a 1 or 2 peace touch/painted cars :-/
and thats the demands of ppl posting adds in newspapers

also he has taken the add off, when called he said not so much interested in selling but if u agree on 870k then let me know :S

So we haven't said NO to him yet
waiting for this weekend
have found 2-3 cars from internet plus will also go through sunday newspaper

So the decision for now is to look for a better car on this weekend, if we succeed well n good otherwise we'll finalize the deal for the red one

mileage on the ODO is under 90k
he said when imported mileage was 30k
i think its original will be around 150k

Here's a rule of thumb. On average a car travels about 15000 - 20000km on average in an year. 15000km if you never take it on long route and 20000km if you take it on highways. Now multiply the number of years the car is old to 15000 and you will get the minimum ODO reading it should have, below this means either this car has been preserved in the garage (next to impossible), or this car was accidented and spent a few years in a scrap yard or the meter is tempered with (most likely). multiply with 20000km to get the maximum acceptable reading, above that it means this car has been serving as a rent a car or been abused like a b**ch.

Hope this helps. 2013-2005 means 8 years bro, which means atleast it should be 1,20,000km driven or max 1,60,000km. Don't expect a low milage janyan piece offered to you by a [Censored] car showroom dealer!

As for the dealers
I know how they deal, been looking for a car for over a month now and read a lot of threads here on pw
And know that 99% imported car's meters are tempered
