Prices for plug wires for baleno

have been facing soem problems with the plug wires for my baleno 2001,have been suggested to get them changed ,any one having bought them recently or having an approx idea about the cost?

will be highly obliged

i bought (orange coloured)performance plug wires for my swift for 2500rs from dubai autos.those r really gud!!acceleration is amazing now.

sir genuine baleno wires which my dad bought was for 12k about year ago before we sold our baleno from lahore......i dun abt current price and u can desi wires for like 3-4k but iw ould suggest u not doing that.......

go to bilal gunj n look wid some kabli engine dealers of suzukis, they usually have it n tell them u hav to gime check gaurantee of a day or two

ur's baleno is 1.6 or 1.3 coz we had 05 1.3 Jxr, the coils were giving problems :S

Sir je kissi koi nai patta nd every body is saying wat comes in there mind. first we need to C ap ki Baleno mei distributor hai k Tappet cover walle Coils hain

Distribor walli to u can also get local ones, they work fine
thats going to be a set of 4 plug wires,

the Tapet cover ones are 2 wires and 2 Coils

wires are around Rs.2200
while coils orignal in market are Rs.14000 Suzuki dealers sell them for Rs.19000

ive ordered mine at shair shah worth Rs.6000 to 8000

@nauxen, the Problem with Baleno is Factory fitted low quality coils & plug wires, without any Plastic cover on them, halka sa panni parta hai service mein nd they short Circuit.

^^^i know that why i told him.......and i told him for baleno 2002 + model....i changed them for 12k so i wrote 12k.......and also wrote it was year back........

this fuking problem was also with my baleno 2005. i got them changed for aroung RS14000 from ch motors wshop.

i would suggest u get new ones, u ll get used around 8000 but it will decrease the pick up of u r car. and buy them from a authorized dealer ship

@nauxen, yup, my dad car has started giving issue now at 115K miles, but i guess anycar in the world is recomended to change wires wagera at 100K miles,

There is two types of ignition system in baleno, DIS ( Distributorless ignition system ) and COP ( Coil over plug ), but both are distributorless.In older models two coils are mounted on the right side of cylender head and in later models two coils are mounted on the top of sylender head over spark plugs.

in Rawalpindi origional baleno 2000 1300 CC plug wires costs 4.2k to 4.5k.and local ones around

1.2k.Kabuli u can get from 1400 to 2500.but i will suggest never buy used one. baleno has got this problem often so always purchase new one.

bro of ur talking about wire those are cheap less then 2000 but if talking about whole set of coils and plugs then buy only geniun suzuki parts from authorized dealers of 15000rs and next time never wash ur engine ever and it need arises then cover the coils with something before washing.this problem never arises in baleno of backfiring if u take proper care of water on coils prevent them and close the air filter box as tight as u can.best of luck baleno is one of the best car in town.
