Aoa,
Have a pridor around 16000 driven,2months ago its gear would come out while driving and sometimes the liver moves but gear would not engage,so went to mechanic,he told me it could be broken gear spring or just a lose nut,and for that clutch side crankcase need to be opened.so the problem came out just a lose nut,but after that the bike gear would make a clinking noise while upshiftinng and downshifting,the mechanic said it is due to lose clutch,he tightened it and the problem went away.after some days it gain started producing that clinking noise as if the metals are rubbing while leaving the clutch,went again to him and he again tightened the clutch.now the clutch is at almost fully tightened position with zero play,it works fine when it is fully tight but with use it again start making those sounds so i have to tighten it every week.Where as before going to mechanic it worked realy well even in a lose position.so guys what could be a problem,pleae help,your respone would be highly appreciated. ..Thanks
