Prius 2007 not starting

My Prius 2007 has following warning lights ON and is not starting.

Furthermore, Doors (including trunk) can't be opened using smart key. What can be the issue.

As a first step, check the 12V battery (not the hybrid battery). If that is ok, scan the car for codes.
