Hybrid systems are quite delicate and complicated, which ever mechanic you go to ask him to diagnose before opening anything and NEVER get any of the wiring repaired as that can be quite hazardous considering the high operating voltage.

I came across a hubrid battery of car model 2017.
The guy was asking 190k with 3 months warranty.

2014 model battery was for 150k, 3 months warranty

2009-2010 model was for 110k , 3 months warranty

he swapped a battery for 110,000 in May 2019 which was guaranteed for 6 months, ( till November 2019 ), now the battery supplier ( as usual approach of con artist ) is pointing fingers to MG1 MG2 system being faulty and NOT producing regenerative current to charge the batteries. without any technical evidence to support his throat_shit

Plus there won't be any surgery.we have replaced prius 2008 engine & it's similar to nz and zr series.
So no surgery required... Anyone willing to do this can take gurantee from me that no surgery will be done, it'd be bolt on.

LOOK for boost voltage variation . BTW where is the vehicle located?
Battery pack can be rebuilded easily as the new gen packs are in series but they are 6 packs per block.

So for detailed analysis I need hybrid system live parameters printout. Will analyze it for rectification.

Synergy drive box failure never happens mostly.
It's the inverter or the hybrid battery which fails instantly. And when it does the ICE operation never stops to prevent failing batteries to go beyond the lowest charge state.

if one of the MGS fail in synergy drive trans then it doesn't work as an ice vehicle.

@rajaatta MG1 & MG2 are good else the ICE will fail as well. It is about constant CEL and Battery Failure Error every 30 - 70 kms

vehicle location is insignificant if swap or battery repair can be guaranteed for next 5000 kms .. i can load it up and dispatch anywhere .

i got a battery delivered by scrapy - swapped plug & play.
i cross checked the date & tags over battery bank has date of March 2017

jump started the vehicle , scanned and cleared the codes took out for 3 kms it was sluggish showing 9 km/ltr topped up tank and gave a rough B -run stop & go battery was charged in 9 km distance to 80% switching ICE & BATTERY , the fuel avg appeard 11 km /ltr am sure it will be better. atlease it is out of coma. - vehicle will be disposed within next 4 weeks.

paid 50,000 remaining 25000 will be paid on 20th. dropped the scrapy guy & battery at his point. delivered the JUNK SCRAP HYBRID.

my KE 30 will come home Tuesday morning.

forgot to charge my phone over weekend and it died at 11 am this morning, i will see if scrappy or vehicle owner can share the pics.
