my father recently bought a prius and this may come out as a douchy thing to say but its the ugliest car ive seen in a while (ever) it looks like a cheese wedge and it takes more than 10 seconds to hit 60 which isnt that bad but the new civic can do better than that even though thats kind of irrelevant as it isnt a hybrid car but it just looks so bad, the cars main goal is transportation, pretty much only for getting you from point A to B and nothing else. the car also have an ECO mode, seriously?? how much more tree huggy can this car get but I dont see how anyone can say that a prius is a fun car to drive its extremely bland and boring and hits every single speed breaker which always makes me cringe really bad.the car is without any doubt quite comfortable but the interior is made up of plastic and it feels really cheap, its difficult to get used to the car you never now when its turned on or not because all you can hear are the tyres, the engine makes no sound which may be a + point for many people but for me its just not ok, the whole " green car idea" is BS as the car uses more raw material than an equivalent diesel powered car and the whole thing runs on an auxiliary motor, the battery seems like dead weight as it doesn't do much good despite the fact it gives you like 40 mpg, im also pretty sure that the batteries that are available in pakistan are not very reliable either, so i have one question for you prius tree huggers and car guys, what're your opinions on the prius and also the civic because my dad wanted to get the new civic but he didnt wanted to wait for 6 months so he bought this rolling form of contraception known as the prius.
and for the prius fans dont hate on me too hard hahahha.
