Prius confusing error codes

I have prius 2007. It got faulty battery so I got it reconditioned (replaced the faulty cells) Now, in short drives, it charges the battery upto six bars and discharges upto two bars. But in long drives it charges the battery upto seven or sometimes eight bars (full charge) and suddenly gives following error.

After stopping the car or using it for short drives for at least day or two, two of the error lights get off and following lights remains ON

Then after further use of one or two days all error codes got clear by its own.

Can anyone please guide me what can be the problem

Scan it to find out. The red triangle is usually there for low oil level, could be engine oil or gear oil.

Seems like the problem is with the inverter water pump

Get the car be scanned with a diagnostic computer and put them on this forum to get the advice.

now exact what is the error ,you can only find after scanning the car......
what happens is that there is a problem which is.not.constant ,it happens only once
the car computer does its self test again and again.when the error is not there it removes the light...
error code must be there in the history...get the scan then there will.be further diagnosis
