Prius High Milage Issues

Aoa,

My car is nearing 100,000 kms I want to hear from Prius users as what to expect.

What is the preventive maintenance that should be done so that car keeps fits for another 100k kms.

1-
As for my car the only issue i foresee is the shock absorbers, I think the front left one is past its life.
Secondly I feel that the front suspension would also require attention.

2-
EGR system will needs some attention, I intend to take off the EGR valve and check its condition (how much clogged)

Replacing all the fluids. (Transmission, Brake & Cooling)

4-
Check brake pads all around.

Otherwise the cars doing well.

Well at this stage do the following

On cold vehicle disassemble the battery pack and remove the smr assembly and see for the corrosion on copper jointers if present then service the smr assembly

2: rebuild the whole fromt suspension.
Replace the following.

Balljoints
Rackends
Tie rod ends
Zlinks
Lower arm bushes and etc
And fromt shocks.

As per engine service.
Service the EGR line with valve
CAT converter
Spark plugs
Intake manifold
Throttle service

Brake service

Front pass
Rear brake pads

Brake oil flushing complete
Transmission fluid

Inverter coolant
Engine coolant

If possible front radiator and condenser fins service

Complete check of electronic system and recalibration.
