Prius hybrid battery cells (refurbishing)

I have bought toyota prius... on second day it started showing engine check light vsc light and brake check light...car lost its connection to hybrid and after that avg of my car certainly dropped from 18to 15 km per litre.. On checkup on computer mechanic said that 6 cells of battery need to be replaced...I have discussed with some people and they told me if u replace cells other cells get damage...Plz tell me what should i do now?

How to identify battery module date of manufacturing. For picture attached below, 4th letter is "U" means 2019 manufactured.
