Prius Transmission Issue

Last week, I got the transmission fluid of my Prius 2010 drained and refilled by Toyota Clifton Motors. Used Genuine ATS WS after confirming from owners manual. The drained oil was reddish and had no sediments at all. No burning smell. After the oil change, I have noticed slow acceleration on low speeds. What can be the issue and how can I save my tranny ?

get the car scanned for any errors.

FYI
it takes 3.8 liters of ATF WS in Prius Transmission, It does not have a dipstick for measurement the fill plug overflow is measurement of fluid top up.

Drain plug & Fill Plug are seperate, after draining transmission fluid plug it tight and start adding fresh fluid from the fill plug, once oil starts to drip from FILL Plug its at level and not to be over filled, plug closed.

The car in particular is a gen 3 instead of the gen 2 in the video. Do you think it might be related to underfilling of the ATF ? There is no slippage/gear issue, only sluggish pickup.

video is for reference only , over or under filling both are bad for any transmission be it auto or manual

prius cannot have slippage in the transmission as the transmission is just 2 motors/gennys.

The oil is used for cooling the motors and to lube the diff etc. Adjusting level of prius ATF is not a simple job and requires the system to be at a specific temperature (36-41C)

How can I make sure that the level is correct? I am planning to take the car back to Toyota Clifton motors tomorrow.

ask the dealer if they have the hot level measuring tool.

OR just leave the car there for more than 6 hours and get them to test the level at the correct temp.
