Prius vs Civic Hybrid

I’m looking to buy an econominal car.
I have two options.
Prius 1.8 2009-10 Model. (14-15lac)
Or
Civic Hybrid 2007-8 Model. (10-11.5lac)

What are cons and pros of these two cars. Please share your expierience and suggestions.
Any other suggestion regarding a fuel economic car is welcomed. Currently i own a Honda City1.3 2009 which will be sold.
Max Budget is 15lac.

Bro agar aapko fuel efficient car chaheye and if hatchback can be an option, then Vitz / Passo sey behtar option koi nai! and 15 lac mein aapko behtareen condition ki Vitz / Passo mill jyein gee.

If you are dead bent on only these two cars then go for Prius as Toyota's Hybrid is far far superior to Honda but remember to get the batteries scanned. If batteries are not kept in proper condition then you will need replacement and its cost is high. Only the faulty cells can be also replaced but even they cost a little high and if batteries are not kept properly so you will end up change 1 cell each month until all of em are replaced if the batteries were not kept properly

Honda City with MT is also a Good option. But still, it's fuel efficiency doesn't match Vitz / Passo. Khaer ho b nai sakti, both are different classes of vehicles, having different transmissions and engine cc.

Civic hybrid is not ecnomical like other hybrid cars hardly gives 12 as u had the most economical car city
Go for aqua if sedan doesnt matter to.you

Prius, if you're after an ugly car.
Civic hybrid, if you're after something that looks decent.

I have been using a Civic hybrid since 4 years now and it gives me 16-17 kml. The car has a 190k kms on the odometer. The people who tell you that it has a bad fuel average are people who may have been scammed into buying a salvage auction car which come from the UK/Japan (probably a CAT C or D write off). Most Jap imports have reversed odometers.

On highway it gives 16-18kmpl?
I have hybrid civic and its catalytic converter shield is missing so it’s giving me 7kmpl.. if I change that are there any chances for the average to be increased?

There is a UK Version VITZ Hybrid 1.5 up for sale in Karachi. Ive seen the car personally and its in excellent condition. i think it was for 15 or 16 lacs 2015 model.

Dont by old prius since the money u save on fuel will be spent on replacing ABS everyother month.
Civic hybrid isnt really fuel efficient.
