Problem in ignition chamber no 4. ( Suzuki swift )

Guy i have a suzuki swift 2011 model

4 days ago i changed all 4 spark plugs
Today i was on my way to village my car started missing heavily
I got my car checked at kalaar kahar rest area
The mechanic found 2 plugs damaged
(1st n 4th chamber )
now he changed both but 4th chamber was still showing missing
After checking few things he said that the dibery from spark plug is may be stuck in 4th chamber valve so need to open up the entire head
Now i want to ask your opinion about this ? What could be the reason ? Whats the solution?

Check ignition coils and specially their wiring for damaged plugs. Get opinion from some other trusted mechanic as well. Motorway service area mechanics try to trap by suggesting major engine work.

Although these motorway mechanics are frauds as said by many but it seems he may be right this time. Have it checked at some good mechanic in Islamabad.

please ensure all 4 injectors are getting pulse/current from the ecu to fire. even if 1 of them is not getting current, the engine will miss badly as that cylinder will not fire at all no matter how much valve clearances/coil changes/plug changes you make. i had same issue in my Liana once (same M13 engine as your Swift) and it was just a 300 rupee fix as just one injector was not getting pulse/current from ECU. opening of head of this engine means you will sit for 2 days in his shop with a hugeee bill for nothing

Can i check ignition coil my self ? I mean with DMM or something?

Brother can u tell me the test which i can perform my self ? I have the tools to open up to the plugs ?
Actually i am in a remote rural area
And it will be atleast 2 weeks before i get free and go to some good mechanic ( my trusted is in gawalmandi RAWALPINDI)

the 4grips of 4 injectors supply current to injectors. check if current is seen in all 4. this is the first thing to start with
