Problem regarding Suzuki japanese alto 2013

i have Suzuki Japanese alto 2013...
it has a petrol consumption system which shows on screen with A+ (green)symbol..
the car stops consuming petrol when brakes r applied and the car starts consuming petrol and move when brakes r not applied ..
problem is that this function stops working few days before.
the A+ symbol blinks yellow and off.
and the symbol of battery is also not visible on screen.
the mechanic says that " there is a system beneath front seats which is spoiled because of water"
if that system is destroyed due to excess water.. it ll cost 35000 to cure.
guide me plz should i go for it or not?

Go with Simple solutions first. Like resetting ECU (Remove negative battery terminal for some time and then place again). Get your car scanned with an OBDII scanner and see error codes (if any) to exactly diagnose what is wrong. Also, did mechanic mention which system is found beneath front seats? It can be something as simple as a burned relay/fuse. So rule out everything else before spending so much.
Did u notice any difference in drive and fuel consumption? If yes, decide if the difference is worth spending 35K on.

mechanic has said that " there is system under front seat other than the driver seat, which is called module..
and he has checked through scanner and said that the problem is in that module and it will take one whole day to open it.. after opening it he ll get to know that the water has damaged the module or not...

Secondly, i have another problem too ..
my car travels alot and whenever it is loaded with people it get strucked to road jumpers so hardly.
so, when it got checked with wheel alignment mechanic.he has suggested to uplift the shocks from both front and back.. (1 inch or 1'2 inch)
it is right to do that? suggestion?

Your mechanic is referring to eco idle battery i believe. That is what functions in eco idle cars as per my knowledge.
For the suspension, it is always best to keep it at factory settings. If you play around, you pay.
Thats what i learnt.
