Assalam o Alaikum,
I'm facing the issue of notifications. Even though I check the notifications but it still shows the notifications as unread. It gets marked as seen/read after some time.
Today I received a PM, as soon as I opened PW site, a pop up appeared of the PM which I received. I opened the message, read the message and replied to the message. But when I returned to the forum page it was again showing the pop-up for the same PM and showed notification. Every time I refresh page the pop up appears. Also my sent message was not in sent items folder neither I was able to delete the sent items despite selecting them and doing the delete action.
Kindly look into it.
