Problems after coversion of vitz from 1krfe to 2sz

I have recently converted my vitz from 1krfe to 2szfe with same transmission but car jerks in lower gears and in reverse too, my car feel sluggish while acceleration. Secondly exhaust has been fitted into older pipe beacuse of this drive doesn't feel good in high revs.

Do i need to replace my transmission with 2sz one abecause transmissions oil during examination found to have silver particles which were of clutch plates as told by mechanic.

Injector sparkplugs fuel pump has already been replaced but all in vain.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Yes please change the transmission.
But before that get everything analysed because earning money these days is very tough whereas these illiterate goons waste anyone's money. So which city you're from?

Catalytic would've been chocked
Experience the same thing with mechanic years ago
They'll change some parts and leave some parts to change later cost 2x the labour !!

Catalytic is clean i have seen it.

Swapping to 2 SZ requires following

1: complete exaust pipe replacement.
2: wiring harness proper connections with body can bus unit
(Tricky and sometimes doesn't work at all).
3: Weight increase drag on front wheel bearings check and replace.
4: replace the front rotors with 14 inch rotors.
5 front shock absorbers needs to be replaced 1 kr uses narrow bore shocks 2sz uses wide bore shocks same for the coil springs.

Start with basics. You have to change the exhuast system, change it first. Get your car's transmission double checked from educated mechanic and then decide about replacement.
