Problems with my Spectra

i'd say spectra has got robust body structure, no doubt about that, as i met an accident last week on a friends car, a 'zuki alto hit us and got severe damage whereas our spectra came out almost fine. btw it hit the rear passenger door head-on n i saw it coming at me. having said that i'd rate rolla's suspension good for pakitani roads, spectra's not so appealing, but good at what u pay for. i'd rate baleno & spectra equal, same kindda feeling in cabin, same suspension response. just my opinion.

Whatever you are mentioning here is to be considered before buying a spectra

If you have a slightest intention of getting good resale. Please stay away from it and thanks again for sharing your bad expereince.

Now please let faisal handle his problem because he currently howns the car and wants to make it work better

I have no plans at all to sell the car, bcoz i know i can't sell it AND i don't find any reason to sell it. just as spectra advised.

I have already got half of the car repainted to get rid of scratches that were there when i bought the car. i don't worry for keeping original paint etc. etc. life becomes easy.

I have heard (never drove a corolla) that corolla's suspension is stiffer than it should be. then how can the experience be better? btw, spectra's suspension is very similar to civic's (at least in technical specs).

Man get a dose of the reality, Spectra suspension is no way near Honda it is more or less like that of Suzuki Bolan as I have kept it for quite some time. Further, by re-painting your car you have lost whatever its re-sale value was left.
