Only way to get this on is with heat gun. I tried same what you have done but ended up borrowing heat gun.
let practice on old pipe with heat gin . i have one with me. so its better to try on old pipethanks
thanks mubashir applied grease on assembly nozzle and apllied heat gun for 7-8 seconds from a distance of 6 inches and pipe sits fine. car starting is normalthanks
