Procedure of obtaining NOC from court against a recovered vehicle

My car previously stolen has been recovered and all the procedure is done i.e
Superdari of car received
Court release order obtained
All documents submitted in ACLC (they kept the original court order and stamped and signed 3 photocopies of the same)

Now I am told to submit the same documents at CPLC which I will do in few days.

Now I wanted to know the procedure of obtaining NOC from the court as the court made me sign a bond so I can not sell the car unless they release NOC. I have even heard it is hard to obtain NOC from court. Also on the CPLC website it is written to submit NOC with other documents to clear the vehicle.

I have all the original file and documents of the car and it's on my name.
Kindly guide me through. Will be really thankful.

it is almost impossible to get NOC from the court...Thanks God that the car has recovered but the issue is that the accused hasn't arrested yet and the case is pending in the court....in cases mein mostly chore kabhi giraftar nahi hota kiun k police walay pehlay hi usko rishwat lay ker chore daitay hain...phir us k baad gari k malik say bhi lamba nazrana laitay hain...tou ager aisa hi hai tou jb tk final judgement nahi aaye gi aap isi tarah latkay raho gay... Thanks to the judicial system of our country... meri gari bhi issi tarah chori hui thi and i followed the same process..technically ye baat sahi hai k u cannot sell it but on ground sb chalta hai...mein nay apni gari recovery k 3 ya 4 month baad sale ker di thi...

Just read your thread. You went through a hectic and really costly procedure. Although I went through the same but was less hectic and less costly.

So you sold your car after 5 months but the person who bought it could not get it transferred to his name. Am I right?

CPLC status clear ho jata ?

you need to obtain an NOC from the police station where the FIR was registered.
that NOC is basically a document mentioning the vehicle is not required in any CASE., and has been returned to the owner after due process.

That NOC shall be submitted in court which issued supardari paper again to obtain clearance NOC for sale & transfer by the owner.

Aaah. Very hectic procedure. I have gone through it.

Finally after all clearance we have submitted all the doc's to CPLC office near Zainab Market. it took some months to see the status "clear" at excise website.

May Allah keep us all away from COURT-Kachery-Thana matters. Aameen
