While selling my car since I’m filling the Stamp paper the number plate which I’m selling is for example Abc 123.
The car was on bank loan and after getting the NOC I have paid Excise dues and i am converting it to my name. Now they are saying that the car Number plate will change.
Similarly when the buyer gets it shifted the number will change again.
So in this case what number do we have to write of the car on the stamp paper? Will the current number go? How does it work?
If anyone can explain the process, I’ll be very grateful.
